Why We Offer This Guarantee

We believe gifts should bring joy, not stress. Each piece is made to order, inspected carefully, and packed with meaning. But sometimes things happen. Maybe it's a shipping delay, a damaged box, or a design mix-up. Our Happiness Guarantee means you never have to worry. We are here to help until your gift is just right.

What the 60-Day Happiness Guarantee Covers

You are protected for 60 days after your order arrives. We will remake or replace your item at no cost if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item, card, or design

  • A part of your order is missing or incomplete

  • A product does not meet our quality standards

In some cases, we may resend only the part that needs fixing, such as a chain, box, or message card.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

We want to be clear and fair. The Happiness Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Tarnish caused by improper care

  • Accidental damage after delivery

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages without Kado Ki Protection

How to Request Help

Getting help is easy:

  1. Email komand@kadokipale.com within 60 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a short note describing the problem.

  3. Attach a photo or short video if something arrived damaged or incorrect.

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

If Your Package Never Arrives

If your package shows as delivered but you never received it, you may qualify for a free replacement if you added Kado Ki Package Protection at checkout.

Without this protection, lost or stolen packages may not be covered.
